The Euro-Arab Judicial Training Network convened its first Board of Directors meeting for 2025 on Thursday, February 20, via remote communication. The meeting was attended by representatives from the Board’s member states, including the United Arab Emirates, France, Kuwait, Italy, Morocco, Spain (Barcelona), and Jordan, which serves as the network’s permanent secretariat.

His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Al-Kamali, Chairman of the Board of Directors, presided over the meeting. At the outset, Judge Dr. Nashat Al-Akhras, Secretary-General of the permanent secretariat, welcomed the attendees, including representatives from the judicial institutes of the member states, and presented the meeting agenda.

The Board discussed various topics related to the network’s activities, with a particular focus on enhancing the exchange of expertise among member states in the field of judicial training. Additionally, upcoming initiatives to be conducted either in person or remotely were reviewed. The Board of Directors issued the necessary resolutions to support the network’s objectives and advance its mission.
